It doesn't cost anything to subscribe to the notification service for the collection of recycling bin, paper bin, garden bin, and environmental box.

2: Enter your phone number or email address
3: You will receive a PIN code
4: Register an address for the notification service
5: Choose which waste you want to receive notifications about the day before we collect it

When you subscribe to the notification service, you also accept to receive free SMS and email information to the extent that Affald (Waste), Esbjerg Municipality, sends information about operational disruptions or news related to waste.

We do not take responsibility for SMSes/emails that do not reach you, resulting in recyclable waste not being placed out on time.

In such a situation, we do not conduct extra waste collection. We will return to the individual address during the next regular pickup.
