Hunderup-Sejstrup has facilities for tennis, ballgames, pentaquin, community house, billiard, and e-sporting. In addition, there are three playgrounds. The annual city parties are very well supported by the local community.
Children in Hunderup and Sejstrup belongs to Bakkevejens Skole in Bramming. There is a school bus service and bike paths to Bramming.
