Tarp and Bryndum are located only 200m from each other, and therefore have many shared facilities and activities. 

Popular satellite villages

The two settlements are regarded as parts of the same community. The nearby town of Forum also is an active part of the community in Tarp and Bryndum.

Tarp is a village experiencing fast development and where many new houses are being built. In Tarp and Bryndum, you can find many different types of housing, including large single-family homes located in family-friendly areas with child-friendly streets, many green areas, and good trail and path systems.

Furthermore, great housing options in the countryside amongst nature can be found around Forum and Bryndum.

Community spirit

There are many young families in Tarp and Bryndum, and thus many activities for children and youth. The school in Tarp, Bryndum Community Assembly Hall, Bryndum Resident Association and Tarp Sport Center help create the foundation for the local community. There is great community support for the many local events, such as Fastelavn, Tyrolerfest and Christmas Fest.

Furthermore, there are also a lot of activities offered through the many associations such as BSGI Gymnastics Association, BSGI Handball, Tarp Football Club, Tarp Badminton Club, Tarp Motion Club, Tarp Cycle Motion, Tarp Scouts Club, Motorcycle Club as well as evening activities at Aftenskole.

In Forum there is also a broad association life that is primarily centered around the Leisure Center.
